You may cancel an order anytime before receiving an email that your order has been shipped. After shipment, due to the nature and use of our products, we do not accept returns and exchanges. Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey to you.

All orders are dispatched within 48hrs of payment. Tracking details are sent by email or smsed to you depending on the contact information you provide. 

Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. All orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
