For orders $100+, we offer free shipping.

We ship all orders with Australia Post

All orders are dispatched within 48hrs of payment. Tracking details are sent by email or smsed to you depending on the contact information you provide.

Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. All orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Once dispatched, your order is now in the care of Australia Post, therefore Organic SUKU is not legally responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. If, however, your parcel does not reach you as indicated on your tracking report, please get in touch with us at team@organicsuku.com for tracking assistance.
