For a blowdry: Separate clean towel-dried hair into sections & spray each section evenly from roots to ends. Blowdry protected section. Take the next section and spray evenly from roots to ends. Use this technique until the whole head is done.

For direct heat, Spray SUKU thermal through the entire head of clean, dried hair, from ends to root. Separate hair into sections, then create smaller sections for heat application. Apply heat to the protected section. Use this technique until the whole head is done.
