A SUKU MOMENT booking policy

Overview

The SUKU Moment Shadowing Program offers you a premium service at a significantly reduced rate. Due to the program's limited capacity and reduced pricing structure, we have implemented the following booking policy.

PAYMENT POLICY
Your spot is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Due to limited capacity & our reduced pricing of A SUKU Moment, all fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your session.

MEDIA POLICY
Although a beautiful experience centred around your hair needs, A SUKU MOMENT has also been created to support the education of salons who are designing services for clients with tighter textures. 

What to expect:

You will have a consultation, basin, and styling service led by our trained SUKU stylist, while professionals observe and occasionally assist with a portion of the service on your hair.

Photos and videos will be taken during your appointment, and professional stylists will be present to learn.

By booking, you grant Organic SUKU permission to use photos and videos of your hair and likeness for:

  • Educational material
  • Social media and website content
  • Marketing and promotional purposes

If you're uncomfortable being photographed or in a group learning setting, A SUKU MOMENT may not be the right fit for you.

ARRIVAL POLICY
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late will reduce your treatment time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel due to insufficient time. You will forfeit your booking and payment.

GUEST POLICY
Due to the nature of A SUKU MOMENT, only the person who booked the appointment may attend. No additional guests permitted.

EMERGENCIES
We understand emergencies happen. Contact us immediately if you have an emergency, and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A SUKU MOMENT is a touring experience. We rarely return to the same salon, but we may have other open tour dates in your city.

Cancelling 7+ Days Before Your Appointment

  • Reschedule to another open date in your city (if available) - no fee

OR cancel and choose:

  •  75% refund (processed in 7-10 days)

  • 100% account credit (valid 12 months, any location)

NO SHOW

  • No refund or credit

  • Full booking cost forfeited
